Head mounted display early designs.

After doing some research designing and developing a custom head mounted display begun. In order to accomplish this objective  required extensive knowledge in multiple disciplines ranging from optics , display technology, mechanical engineering and industrial design. Previously the military did extensive research on head mounted displays. To begin I referred to Head set design book written below:

Motherboard electronics

In order to render a convincing virtual environment we would require a powerful processing motherboard with a modern GPU that could handle modern Opengl4 graphics. The motherboard

would also require additional features like wifi, ram and hard drive memory.

After extensive research I came across this motherboard from the internet:

 Intel Atom D2560 processor(2.00GHz),

NVIDIA GT520 Graphics ,Realtek 6

channel high fidelity audio, 4* USB 2.0,

WIFI.

Idea and Concept

The Idea and concept is to create a personal virtual reality computer. In order to accomplish this objective the idea requires combining some sort of control interface like keyboard / mouse. Second component would be some sort of head mounted display unit. Lastly a motherboard capable to render high end graphics that can be believable to the human eye.
